TL;DR

We have a wild adventure getting into the country by speedboat, I get another tattoo, we spend a TON of time (by our standards) in Cartagena exploring the city while Savannah is delayed at port, which results in me having to fly from Cartagena to Bogota to catch my flight back to North Carolina.
